Kym has worked as team physio with the Adelaide 36ERS, Woodville-West Torrens Football Club, Mount Barker Football Club and had stints working with Australian Womens Wheelchair Basketball Team (The Gliders) in international competitions.

His particular areas of interest include:

  • Sports injury management and specific conditioning for improved biomechanics
  • Manipulative physiotherapy techniques
  • Inpatient orthopaedic management (including total knee/hip replacement surgery and hip arthroscopic surgery)
  • Orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation
  • Physiotherapy management of football and basketball athletes and teams
  • Management of groin pain in athletes
  • Physiotherapy for hip and pelvis injuries
  • Titled member Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia
  • In addition, Kym provides a Bike Fit service for the recreational to the serious cyclist – ensuring bike set up optimises cycling performance, injury management and injury prevention.
