Jennifer has worked in private practice with a sports, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic focus in Adelaide, Darwin, Brisbane and the UK since graduating in 1999.

She has a keen intetest in exercise rehabilitation to help people achieve their goals, and is involved in prescribing and delivering exercise rehab classes (individually prescribed exercise programs including Pilates equipment based) and the education and exercise based GLA:D hip/knee program for osteoarthritis and GLA:D Back program for recurrent or persistent lower back pain.

She has a keen interest in:

  • Exercise rehabilitation (individually prescribed exercise programs including pilates equipment based)
  • Hip and knee osteoarthritis through the GLA:D program
  • Treating lumbopelvic/ back pain
  • Dance injuries and screenings (including pre pointe assessments)
  • Lower limb, especially ankle injuries
  • Post-operative rehabilitation, in particular foot and ankle surgery, knee replacement and arthroscopy, hip surgery
  • Tennis injuries
  • Adolescents
  • Antenatal/postnatal
