Lucy Bunge

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (UniSA)

Lucy completed her physiotherapy degree from the University of South Australia in 2020.

Since graduating, Lucy has gained experience working within multi disciplinary teams to support individuals reach their movement goals through formulating strength and conditioning programs in the gym, as well as providing aquatic physiotherapy rehabilitation.

Lucy has qualifications in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (Level 1), ASCA Strength and Conditioning (Level 1) and Dry Needling (level 2). Currently, Lucy volunteers as a sports trainer for the Port Adelaide Football Club and was previously the team physio for Hockey SA U/18 Women's team.

When she is not at work, Lucy is constantly being active, whether that be playing hockey for Adelaide Hockey Club, football for Adelaide Uni, running or hiking. You may also find her baking in her kitchen for family and friends!

Greatest Sporting Moment:

  • Being on the ground for the double win (SANFL reserves and league) for Woodville West Torrens Football Club in 2020.
  • Port Adelaide’s 2004 Premiership (the best AFL club in Australia!)
  • Cathy Freeman winning Gold in 400m at the Sydney Olympics.
  • Winning the Metro 1 Women’s Hockey Grand Final in 2017.
