Ashley loves all sport either watching or playing however on a work front, Ashley enjoys helping athletes reach their full potential through a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach to diagnostic management of all sporting injuries. As a important side highlight, Ashley also absolutely loves working alongside all the highly trained professionals here at the Wakefield Sports + Exercise Medicine Clinic!

Clinical Interests:

• Stress fracture management in runners
• Management of swimming related injuries and REDS ( relative energy deficiency syndrome) in female athletes in particular
  
• Shoulder & knee injuries,
• Mental health
• Adult ADHD
• Disordered eating
