Keeping you moving
Exercise Rehabilitation is an individually prescribed program based on your specific needs and goals. It uses a variety of Pilates-based equipment to facilitate, assist and/or resist movement, which you will utilise during physiotherapist-led classes. Our classes are capped at a maximum of five participants and run at various times throughout the day, including early mornings, evenings, Saturday mornings.
Programs can be tailored for everyone from beginners through to high-level athletes. Our aim to assist everyone to move better and achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.

All of our Exercise Rehabilitation Physiotherapists are Clinical Pilates trained, experienced in exercise prescription and are skilled in the assessment and identification of muscle imbalances, faulty movement patterns and postural issues.
What to expect
Exercise Rehabilitation sessions are an individualised program designed from the initial one-on-one sessions, which progress to a small group setting where each individual undertakes their personal program under the guidance of a physiotherapist. Review of the program happens periodically by the referring physiotherapist.
